Introduction

This contractual document governs the purchase of products and services through the website https://www.handeera.com, owned by Handeera Digital Craft S.L. (hereinafter, "Handeera" or "the provider").

Acceptance of this document implies that the user:

  • Has read, understands, and comprehends what is stated herein.
  • Is a person with sufficient legal capacity to enter into contracts.
  • Assumes all obligations set forth herein.

These conditions shall have an indefinite period of validity and shall apply to all purchases and contracts made through the website. Handeera reserves the right to unilaterally modify these terms and conditions, without such modifications affecting goods, services, or promotions acquired prior to the modification, except in the event of an error.

On the one hand, the supplier of the goods and services acquired by the user is Handeera Digital Craft S.L., with registered office at C/ Sant Pere nº 29, esc.1, bxos 1a. 17400 Breda (Girona), C.I.F. B-22454466, with customer service telephone number 667259798 and email address: info@handeera.com.

On the other hand, the user, registered on the website by means of a username and password, for which they have full responsibility for use and safekeeping, and who is responsible for the accuracy of the personal data provided to the provider.

Purpose of the contract

The purpose of this contract is to regulate the commercial relationship between the provider and the user at the moment the user accepts, during the online purchase process, the corresponding checkbox for the terms and conditions.

The contractual relationship entails the delivery, in exchange for a determined price publicly displayed through the website, of one or more of the following:

  • Handmade craft products
  • Materials for artisanal creation
  • Access to online courses
  • Enrollment in in-person courses
  • Legal services for artisans

The terms and conditions described on this page apply to all orders placed through the website. Handeera offers its products and services internationally.

The currency used will be the euro (€). The purchase procedure may be carried out in several languages as indicated in the website header.

Stock confirmation will be subject to the provider’s final confirmation, which will initially be reflected next to each product. For handmade products that require production time, the estimated preparation time will be clearly indicated before proceeding with the purchase.

All information on the website (product characteristics, prices, payment conditions, etc.) may be modified by Handeera Digital Craft S.L. at any time and without prior notice, in order to keep the information up to date. It is the user’s responsibility to read these conditions periodically to stay informed. The user will be subject to the conditions in force at the time of using the Handeera website.

Contracting the services and products offered on the website will be valid exclusively for those users who have fully accepted the general terms of sale.

It is necessary for the user to carefully read the description of the selected product or service before proceeding to purchase. Each product or service has a detailed listing that includes its characteristics, specifications, an illustrative photograph (where applicable), and the sale price including applicable taxes.

Prices

The prices of the products and services offered on the website will be expressed in euros (€), although they may be displayed in other currencies depending on the user’s location.

The prices indicated next to each product or service include applicable taxes and can be viewed from the start of the purchase, with such taxes itemized in the final summary before proceeding to payment. In the event of an offer, discount, or promotion, it will be reflected on the website and the user may benefit from it according to the established conditions. Handeera reserves the right to make price changes at any time and without prior notice as it deems appropriate. Once the order has been placed, the prices will be maintained for that purchase.

For purchases made from countries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or other additional charges may apply depending on the legislation of the destination country. These costs will be borne by the user and are not included in the price shown on our website.

Any payment made to the provider entails the issuance of an invoice in the name of the registered user or the company name the user provided at the time of placing the order. This invoice will be sent together with the purchased product or by email in PDF format to the address provided by the user.

Purchase procedure

Any person with Internet access may purchase the products and services offered on the website. The steps of the purchase procedure are visible throughout the process:

  1. Registration and login: A user purchasing for the first time must complete a form, and may do so as a guest without registering, or by registering their data, which will simplify the procedure for future purchases. When selecting the "create account" option, they must provide a password. A registered user must enter their email and password to log in and complete the purchase.
  2. Selection of products or services: The user must select the product or service they wish to purchase and click the "add to cart" button. All products included in the "cart" may be modified or removed before finalizing the purchase.

During the order confirmation process, prices and availability will be verified. If the correct price differs from that shown on the website or there is an availability issue, Handeera will contact the user as soon as possible, offering the option to reconfirm the order under the new conditions or to withdraw from the purchase. In the event of withdrawal, all amounts paid will be refunded using the same payment method used or the method preferred by the user.

Delivery times for physical products

Delivery times vary depending on the type of product:

  1. Handmade products:
    • In-stock products: Shipped within 1-3 business days.
    • Made-to-order products: The preparation time will be clearly indicated in the product description and may range between 5 and 30 business days depending on the complexity of the piece.
  2. Materials and tools:
    • In-stock products: Shipped within 1-3 business days.
  3. Online courses:
    • Immediate access after payment confirmation.
  4. In-person courses:
    • Immediate seat confirmation after payment.
  5. Legal services:
    • Delivery timeframe according to a specific agreement.

All orders received before 15:00 on a business day are processed and shipped (when applicable) on the same day, except for orders paid by bank transfer.

In the event of a delivery delay, Handeera will inform the user and offer the option to keep the purchase by setting a new delivery date or to cancel the order with a full refund of the amount paid.

Order delivery and shipping costs

Delivery of physical orders will be made to the address freely designated by the user. For digital products or online courses, access will be provided through the web platform or via a link sent by email.

Shipping methods and costs

For domestic and international shipping, Handeera works with different courier services depending on the destination and the characteristics of the order. Specific costs will be shown during the purchase process, calculated based on the weight, volume, and destination of the shipment.

For certain promotions or above a certain purchase amount, shipping costs may be free of charge, as indicated on the website at any given time.

Stock and availability

It is possible that one or more products included in the customer’s order may not be available at the time the order is processed. In that case, the new estimated delivery time will be communicated, and the customer may choose to keep the order or request a refund of the corresponding amount.

For handmade products made to order, the estimated preparation time will be clearly indicated before purchase. If, due to exceptional circumstances, this period must be extended, Handeera will contact the customer to inform them and offer alternatives.

Payment methods

We offer the following payment methods:

  1. Credit or debit card:

    You can pay with your card through our secure payment gateway. Payment is confirmed immediately and the order is processed quickly.

  2. PayPal:

    If you have a PayPal account, you can make the payment through it. The payment is processed immediately.

  3. Bank transfer:

    When selecting this payment method, you will receive an email with the account number to which you must transfer the amount. Clearly indicate your first and last name and order number when making the transfer. You must complete the transfer within 3 business days following confirmation of your order. The order will not be shipped or the service activated until the transfer is received.

  4. Installment payment (subject to availability by country and product):

    For certain products or services, we offer the possibility of split payments through partner financial institutions. The specific conditions will be shown during the purchase process.

We do not charge any additional fee for any of the payment methods.

Specific terms for courses and services

Online courses

Online courses will be available for access immediately after payment confirmation. Access will be provided through the Handeera platform using the credentials provided to the user. The duration of access to the course will be as specified in the course description and may vary depending on the type of course:

  • Unlimited access
  • Access for a fixed period (3, 6, 12 months)
  • Access with a content release schedule

In-person courses

For in-person courses, the purchase constitutes a seat reservation for the dates and location indicated in the description. In the event that Handeera cancels the course, the user will be offered the possibility to change to another date or request a full refund.

If the user cannot attend the course, they must notify us at least 7 days in advance in order to change the date or request a partial refund according to each course’s specific policy.

Legal services

Legal services for artisans will be provided under the specific conditions detailed in the description of each service. The execution timeframe and particular conditions will be agreed individually with each client.

Returns policy and right of withdrawal

Case 1: Returns due to withdrawal from purchase

All products purchased on Handeera may be returned and refunded, provided that the intention to return the product(s) is communicated within 30 days of receipt (thus extending the legal period of 14 days), and that they meet the other established conditions.

Requirements for returns due to withdrawal:

  • The product must be in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • For the return shipment, it is recommended to use the same packaging in which the product was received. If you do not have this packaging, you must return it in a way that ensures the product arrives in good condition.
  • The amounts paid for the item(s) will be refunded, as well as the initial shipping cost.
  • The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer. Returns sent with postage due will not be accepted.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:

According to Article 103 of the consolidated text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users, the right of withdrawal will not apply to:

  • Personalized products or products made according to the customer’s specifications.
  • Products that may deteriorate or expire rapidly.
  • Sealed products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery.
  • Digital content (online courses) once performance has begun with the consumer’s express consent.
  • Fully performed services when performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent.

Case 2: Returns due to defective product or service error

If the user considers that, at the time of delivery, the product does not conform to what was stipulated in the order, they must contact Handeera through the channels enabled for this purpose.

The amounts paid for products returned due to a fault or defect will be fully refunded, including the shipping costs incurred to deliver the item.

For returns arising from a service error, Handeera undertakes to correct the service or replace the product with another identical one, subject to availability. If this is not possible, the amount will be refunded.

Procedure to exercise the right of withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the user must notify Handeera Digital Craft S.L. (C/ Sant Pere nº 29, esc.1, bxos 1a. 17400 Breda, Girona), by phone (667259798) or email (info@handeera.com), by means of an unequivocal statement.

The return process will be carried out as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 calendar days from the date of notification of withdrawal. The user may send the product at their own expense or with the transport company of their choice.

Once the item arrives at Handeera’s facilities, an inspection will be carried out and the corresponding amount will be refunded via the same payment method used for the purchase, or via the method preferred by the user.

Applicable warranties

In accordance with the provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, products are covered by a two-year warranty from the date of delivery against any manufacturing defect.

Depending on the type of product, the warranty will be that provided by the manufacturer or by Handeera. To make use of the warranty, contact us by email (info@handeera.com) or by calling customer service (667259798).

Defects or damage due to incorrect use or handling of the item, as well as wear and tear resulting from normal use, are not included in this warranty.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

This website is subject to Spanish law. In the event of litigation or dispute arising from the use of this website, both parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts closest to Alcalá la Real (Jaén), except in disputes involving users who, under applicable legislation, have the status of consumers, in which case the provider and the user agree to submit any dispute to the Courts and Tribunals where the user is located.

Likewise, the provider and the user may submit their disputes to arbitration proceedings provided for under arbitration legislation and consumer protection legislation, and to out-of-court dispute resolution procedures that may be established through codes of conduct or other self-regulatory instruments.
